💼Senior Data Engineer - Databricks Focus

🧠Your Responsibilities:

  • Translate client needs into technical solutions 
  • Design data-driven systems using Databricks and Azure 
  • Build ingestion and transformation pipelines using SQL, Python, dbt 
  • Automate data workflows 
  • Participate in sprint planning and deliver reliable solutions 

✅What You Should Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Analytics or Data Engineering 
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks in production environments
  • Project management, data architecture, or professional leadership experience 
  • Strong SQL and Python (Pandas, PySpark) skills 
  • Understanding of data modeling and business context 
  • Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) 
  • Professional proficiency in English 
  • Collaborative mindset and ownership attitude 
  • Proactive problem-solving 
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and improvement
  • Native-level proficiency in Hungarian 

 

🌟 Nice to Have

  • Experience with stream processing 
  • Power BI knowledge
  • MS Fabric knowledge 
  • Familiarity with  dbt, JIRA, ClickUp 
  • Cloud architecture design experience  

 

🎓 Relevant Certifications (Not Required, but a Plus) 

Databricks Certifications: 

  • Data Engineering Associate 
  • Data Engineering Professional

 

Microsoft Certifications: 

  • Azure Data Engineering Associate 
  • Azure Fundamentals 
  • Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate
